Type G-1500

The G-1500 is a compactly built, universal vegetable slicing machine, specially developed for wide utilisation in the vegetable processing sector.
 
Because of the many types of slicing discs, the vegetable slicing machine is suitable for the preparation of nearly any kind of vegetable. Due to the “scissor principal” a perfect cut can be obtained. The variable belt and knife speed result in a wide cutting range.

The upper and lower belt has a ‘quick release system’ for cleaning or disinfecting. The operation is extremely simple yet effective and guarantees short changing times.
