Type SLICE

The most-recently developped vegetable slicing machines in the Eillert programm are the SLICE range. 

The extremely sturdy constructed machine meets all demands of safety and hygiene which are made in the food processing sector. Via an easy-to-operate touch screen the PLC controlled cutting programs can easily be adjusted, and management information can be obtained.

Through the large cutting range the vegetable slicing machine can be widely used as well as stand-alone machine or in a complete production line in combination with a preparation table.

Because of the hygienic construction, such as quickly removable belts, the machine is easy to clean and desinfect. Obviously the cutting compartment is completely separated from the mechanical part.
